Rotel A12 Amplifier - Audiophile Quality

The Rotel A12 amplifier is part of the new Rotel 14 Series.For this Series Rotel shipped their new releases to the UK where they were assessed  to achieve a better cost balance of the components used in this Series.What they set out to do was to put as much as possible into critical components that make the most critical difference in order to balance the equation.In order to achieve balance, components that have a minimal effect have been downgraded to reduce costs.The end result is that the 14 Series hits well above it's price in performance and quality.

The new Rotel A12 amplifier is an excellent example of the new design philosophies.TheRotel engineers started the quest for uncompromising audio  performance at the power supply.Rotel manufactures it'sown toroidal transformers using raw materials from their trusted,proven suppliers.The result is a rugged power supply that won't easily distort the music under dynamic conditions and difficult speaker loads.

The Rotel A12 is not short on features either.Starting with a Wolfson 24 Bit/192 Khz on-board digital to analogue converter.This allows for connection to your TV or other digital sources.It also incorporates a phono input for your turntable and 2 USB inputs  for connection to your computer or Apple IOS devicesThe A12 also has stereo Pre-amp out and two (A+B) stereo set of speaker output connectors.
