Handcrafted EL34 Performance
At the heart of the Jazz 70 are four carefully matched EL34 output valves operating in a Class AB1 push-pull configuration, partnered with three 12AU7 (ECC82) valves in the preamplifier stage.
Renowned for their rich harmonic character, smooth midrange and natural musical presentation, EL34 valves have long been a favourite amongst audiophiles. Cayin complements this classic design with traditional point-to-point hand wiring throughout the amplifier, providing a shorter, cleaner signal path while showcasing the craftsmanship that defines premium valve amplification.
Two Distinctive Listening Personalities
One of the Jazz 70's standout features is its ability to switch instantly between Triode and Ultralinear operation, allowing you to tailor the amplifier's character to your music and loudspeakers.
Triode Mode
Operating at 17 watts per channel, Triode mode produces a beautifully smooth and intimate presentation. Vocals become more lifelike, acoustic instruments gain texture and recordings are reproduced with exceptional warmth and finesse. Ultralinear Mode

Powering the Jazz 70 is a handcrafted toroidal power transformer designed to minimise magnetic interference while supplying exceptionally clean, stable power to the amplifier circuitry.
Complementing this are Cayin's custom EI-core output transformers, engineered for wide bandwidth and excellent linearity. Together they contribute to the amplifier's impressive frequency response of 8Hz–60kHz (-3dB), delivering superb detail, openness and natural dynamics across the audible spectrum.
Complete with High-Resolution Bluetooth Streaming
While firmly rooted in traditional valve amplification, the Jazz 70 embraces modern digital convenience with integrated Bluetooth 5.1.
Using the Qualcomm QCC5125 Bluetooth platform together with the acclaimed ESS ES9018K2M DAC, the Jazz 70 provides wireless playback quality worthy of a serious hi-fi system.
